Our paramount concern is safety. Should the captain determine the weather too adverse to sail, we'll aim to rearrange your booking to a new suitable date or issue a complete refund. We routinely monitor the forecast and will inform you of potential issues with due notice, generally 24 hours before your scheduled charter.
May I supply my own snacks and drinks?

Can you explain your cancellation process?
For cancellations made over 72 hours prior to departure, we offer a full refund. If you cancel within 24 to 72 hours of departure, you'll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before your charter are generally non-refundable, except in cases of unsafe weather or mechanical failure on our end.
