Each service is conditional on availability and climatic conditions. We hold rights to alter or halt services whenever necessary.

3. Reservations and Charter Booking

3.1 Procedure for Booking

If you wish to schedule a charter, you should:

• Have reached the age of majority (18 years old)
• Supply truthful and precise information
• Process the requested deposit as outlined in your booking acknowledgment
• Acquiesce to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is deemed confirmed only after the payment has been processed and you have received our confirmation in writing. We retain the discretion to reject service to anyone.

3.3 Charter Availability

Charter appointments are reliant on the accessibility of vessels and appropriate weather conditions. We effort to accommodate your preferred scheduling wherever feasible.

4. Terms of Payment

4.1 Cost Details

All listed charges are provided in $ and include all relevant taxes unless specified otherwise. Prices are susceptible to adjustments without prior notification.

4.2 Schedule of Payments

• Initial Deposit: 50% of the total cost of the charter due upon reservation
• Remaining Balance: Required to be paid 48 hours in advance of the charter departure
• Supplementary fees (if applicable): Charged after the conclusion of the charter

4.3 Methods of Payment

We accept principal credit cards, electronic funds transfers, and verified cheques. All payment procedures are conducted via protected, secure networks.

5. Policy on Cancellation and Reimbursement

5.1 Cancellation by the Customer

• With more than 72 hours before departure: full repayment minus any processing charges
• Between 24-72 hours before departure: a refund of 50%
• With less than 24 hours before departure: No reimbursement provided

5.2 Cancellations Due to Weather

In cases where the weather is determined as unsafe by our captain, we propose to:

• Reschedule your charter without extra fees to an alternate available day
• Issue a full refund if rescheduling proves not to be feasible

5.3 Mechanical Failures

If there are mechanical issues with the designated vessel, our efforts will go towards providing an appropriate substitute. If this is not possible, a complete refund will be granted.

6. Conduct and Safety

6.1 Safety Regulations

All passengers must adhere to the following safety protocols:

• Comply with instructions given by the crew
• Don safety gear when requested
• Inform us of any health concerns that may impact their security
• Stay within assigned areas on the craft

6.2 Forbidden Items

Passengers are not allowed to bring aboard:

• Containers made of glass
• Prohibited materials
• Weapons or firearms
• Excessive amounts of non-alcoholic drinks
• Animals (except if previously authorized)

6.3 Expectations of Behavior

Occupants are expected to act in a civil manner. We reserve the authority to conclude a charter prematurely without refund in the event of misconduct endangering safety or infringing upon the enjoyment of others.

7. Insurances and Accountability

7.1 Our Responsibility

Our accountability is confined to the payment you’ve made for the charter. We have no obligation for:

• Injuries incurred due to passenger negligence
• The loss or damage of personal belongings
• Indirect losses or punitive damages
• Postponements caused by climate conditions or events outside our realm of influence

7.2 Coverage of Insurance

We have comprehensive marine indemnity protecting our vessels and operations. It is your responsibility to ensure personal travel and property insurance.

7.3 Acceptance of Risk

By taking part in our charter services, you acknowledge the inherent dangers of maritime activities and accept responsibility for your own health and safety.

8. Alterations and Changes in Itinerary

We hold the right to modify the itinerary, routes, or schedules in response to weather conditions, safety requirements, or operational needs. We will make concerted efforts to provide alternatives of a similar standard.

9. Unforeseen Events (Force Majeure)

We are exempt from accountability for any delays, cancellations, or changes engendered by circumstances out of our control, including but not restricted to:

• Extreme weather events
• Natural calamities
• Official regulations
• Closures of seaports
• Technical malfunctions

10. Privacy and Information Security

We manage your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. By availing of our services, you grant consent to the collection and application of your data as discussed in our Privacy Policy.

11. Ownership of Intellectual Property
